15-Day Exchange Policy:

 

Sterling Silver: You may exchange or return any unused, unaltered solid sterling silver piece within 15 days of receiving your order.
14kt Gold, Platinum, or Diamonds: We will provide a replacement or store credit, within 15 days of receiving your order, on any unused, unaltered jewelry. Gold, Platinum , or Diamond orders are non-refundable as they are custom made to order.
Merchandise should be returned in original condition in original Tiny Bling packaging. Items for exchange will be checked prior to acceptance. Items showing signs of wear, sizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender (at sender's expense). Exchanges, credits, and returns will be processed for items accepted, excluding original and return shipping charges.  Please enclose a copy of the receipt and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please note that this does not include custom orders or gift card purchases that are final sales. (*No exchanges or refunds will be issued without a return number. Please note that all RA numbers expire after 7 days).  Tiny Bling reserves the right to refuse exchange/return of items that do not meet the above requirements.

Tiny Bling extends all our customers a 15 day exchange policy, effective the date of delivery of your item.  

  • Complete Exchange: If you change your mind and wish to have a completely different item to what you received, you can send back your order for one time exchange, within the 15-day exchange policy period.  Any balance or credit due will be charged or credited to the same payment method originally used to place your order.   If there is a difference in price between the items being exchanged you will be charged or credited for the difference.  Shipping fees for all exchange orders will be applicable.
  • Partial Exchange: Often customers may select an incorrect chain size when they place their order. You can exchange it for the correct size, by detaching the chain from it’s pendant and sending it back for a partial exchange.
How to make an exchange:

 

 

 Email Customer Service: Email customer service with your order number and inform us of your intent to make an exchange so we can verify that the item you want to exchange it for is available and in stock so it can be held for you.

  1. Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Complete the Return/Exchange Form that you received from customer service..
  2. Pack Your Exchange: If you are making a complete exchange for a completely different item, please enclose your item and it’s packaging (please make sure that the item you are sending back is damage free, unworn, and unused) into a shipping box with your Return/Exchange from. If you are making a partial exchange (e.g. chain size), wrap the item being sent back in tissue and place it in a shipping box with your completed Return/Exchange form.
  3. Ship your Exchange: Ship your exchange to us through a traceable method like UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (For your protection, please use a method that includes tracking or delivery confirmation). Ship your exchange to:

10-Day Return Policy:
Our 10-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
  • To qualify for a return you must:
  • Return your item in it’s original packaging within 10-days of receipt.
  • The returned item MUST be received in it’s original condition (i.e. unworn and undamaged). If a return is received with visible signs of wear or damage it will be shipped back to you and you will not be issued a refund.
  • ENGRAVED, PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. If an engraved or personalized item is incorrectly engraved or has structural damages, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.
Processing a refund:
  • Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price of all returned item/items as per your invoice. Shipping and related import duties or taxes will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment source utilized to make the purchase.
How to make a return:
    1. Complete Your Return/Exchange Form: Send us an email (info@TinyBling.com) to request a Return/Exchange form. Please complete this form and enclose it with your return.
    2. Package Your Return: Pack your return (and it’s original packaging) either in the same cardboard shipping box or in another box and enclose your completed Return/Exchange form.
    3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return back to us using a traceable or insured method e.g. UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service (with tracking and/or delivery confirmation), so you have record of receipt of your return.
